Once we receive your request, we aim to process your refund within 3 business days. It may take a few extra days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds are only available within 7 days of the original subscription date. After that, access remains valid for the full 12-month period, but we cannot issue refunds for change of mind, inactivity, or unused access.
